With a robust background spanning over 15 years in the hairdressing industry, Charley embarked on his journey from apprentice to seasoned professional before establishing Allure. Over the past decade, Charley has successfully managed large salons, with a notable specialization in Keratin Smoothing treatments becoming the first Teesside specialist for Keratin Revolution in 2021. At Allure, I lead a talented team of professionals, eager to provide top-notch services. We look forward to welcoming you to our salon and sharing our passion for exquisite haircare experiences. As our dedicated salon coordinator, Anthony plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for guests, both on the phone and at the reception. Tasked with the day-to-day operations, Anthony ensures the seamless functioning of the salon, strives to maintain Charley's organization, and goes above and beyond to ensure that every visitor is treated like a VIP, guaranteeing an enjoyable salon experience. Beauty Therapist
Jemma joins the Allure team with over a decade of industry expertise under her belt. Her passion lies in perfecting brows to precision. She's not just another beautician; she's a maestro in the art of HD Brows, certified and official. In the past Jemma has been at the helm of salon management, bringing forth her wealth of beauty experience and knowledge to ensure top-notch services for you. As a fully qualified 2 & 3 beauty therapist, Jemma's skills extend beyond brows; she's adept at nails and waxing, a Tatti Lash artist and has studied advanced facial treatments making her a versatile asset in the realm of beauty.

Introducing Kara, a skilled hair stylist who became a valued member of our team in February 2023. Possessing a Level 2 qualification, Kara swiftly advanced through training, achieving success in the NVQ Level 3 Advanced Creative hairdressing qualification. Specializing in the artistry of blonde and balayage, Kara brings an unparalleled passion for hairstyling. Chloe-Olivia
Graduate Stylist
Chloe-Olivia joins the Allure team in July 2024. With six years of industry experience and a Level 2 qualification, she is now advancing her skills with an NVQ Level 3. Chloe-Olivia trained under Charley at his previous salon from 2018 to 2022. After a brief maternity leave, she is thrilled to return to the salon environment. Chloe-Olivia's dedication and expertise make her a wonderful addition to our team, and she is excited to bring her creativity and skill to Allure.
Ebony
Junior Stylist
Our vibrant and dedicated trainee junior stylist Ebony joined our team in March 2024. Almost completing her NVQ Level 2, Ebony's passion for hair styling shines through in every snip and style. Despite her previous salon closing down, Ebony stayed in the loop by styling friends and family's hair while also caring for dementia residents in a local care home, showcasing her compassion and versatility. In March 2024, Ebony made a triumphant return to the world of hairdressing, bringing her invaluable experience and enthusiasm to our team at Allure. With her dedication and creative flair, Ebony is poised to become an integral part of our salon team.
